Walking the Haul Road

I walked out the Haul Road in the dark but dawn was breaking during my return.  This is the Haul Road overpass at Mckerricher Park by Lake Cleone.

The waining moon is still spectacular.

Weathered wood grain on a fence post.

Looking North Northwest towards the Lost Coast.

How these little flowers manage to hang on in the shifting and blowing sand is beyond me.

Visitors to the coast.

I used to live in Colusa (Sacramento Valley) and have been to Fort Bragg many times. Thanks for the lovely photos!
