I can't believe I didn't notice that when I was downtown earlier today! I was just chatting with a certain city council member about the state of the clock, so maybe our combined forces shamed the city.
By the way, there's a call in the paper for bids to replace the orange trees on Franklin Street. Pity, really, I think the orange trees might be more likely to survive than actual, planted, green ones in this town.
