This restroom is in Harold O Bainbridge Park and the graffiti has been painted over. Well done, Public Works!
I see folks are starting to peek inside these bags. Looks like kid toys to me. It sure congers up a story.... "I've told you for the last time Tiffany to clean up your room!! Now I'm going to do it for you!!"
I see "P for Pothole" is getting more defined. What I would call, "Value added"!
