Boy, that cart gets around.. Maybe you could return those carts for a finders fee. My city pays a company $50k a year to pick up stray carts around town.
I disagree with your comment about Fort Gragg not being a "seaside" town. It's just that a very large business has always occupied that part of the town. Give it a few years and it will be a tourist's dream "seaside" destination town.
