What sparked this line of observation was this collection of satellite dishes on an apartment building.
I think this is a microwave transmitter/receiver on top of the Pacific Bell/SBC building.
And then there is cable!
Remember TV antennas?
A very early and enduring type of communication.
A ham station.
The old standby that is quickly dissappearing.
No idea. Possibly a homebuilt weather vane!
